Navigate Life on an Even Keel

Welcome to Life On an Even Keel...

A place for you to discover yourself and your own 'even keel' through a range of services - either in a group setting or one-to-one and personalised for you.
 

Group: Enjoy an invigorating dance and movement class full of fun and laughter, or an amazing and rejuvenating escape to beautiful surroundings to disconnect to the outside world and reconnect with your inner one.

 

Individual: I also offer one-to-one services; including various massage treatments, coaching and mindfulness, but we can also work together to craft a wellbeing programme just for you. 

 

Launching February 2026, I am introducing 'Monthly Maintenance'.  For a monthly fee, come and see me for a personalised, one-stop shop for your mind and body wellbeing. Sessions can be weekly or monthly, as you prefer. We will pick and choose what tools and therapies to apply to help keep 'life on an even keel' for you going forward.


Join our supportive and welcoming community and embark on a healthy, fulfilling journey back to balance.

I offer a varied selection of services to help you get onto your even keel.

Dance & Movement Coach 

The power of music and movement is SO underrated.. It can move you emotionally, change your mood, get you out of your funk and improve the rest of your day! Join me for Dance Fit, Ballet Sculpt or Power Stride in a fun and inclusive group class setting, or arrange one-to-one sessions for a more personal approach. These classes are unique to me and my personality and way of teaching.

Massage

I am a trained massage therapist and love to help people with their aches and pains, or simply to create a wonderfully relaxing and calming experience.

Choose from 

  •  Warm Bamboo Massage,

  • Deep Tissue/Sports Massage 

  • Reaxation massage

 

I will create a relaxing environment where your time is your own and you can fully release the stresses of life.

Motivation Mentor

I am a trained Life Coach, however I have created my own modality to encourage and help people to make positive, lasting changes in their lives. I use traditional talk and coaching tools, but at the centre of the therapy is movement. Movement has the power to shift energy and increase the effectiveness of the traditional coaching. We will have an initial chat to delve into the issues and how I can help, before working out a way forward together. There will be 'homework' - possibly involving mindfulness exercises, writing, thinking time or physical activity - all tailored to you and your needs.

Escapes

Come and join me and a small group of like-minded people on a wonderful escape to a beautiful location - in UK or abroad.
