Dance Fit

1 hour - £10

Dance Fit is a high energy cardio workout. Come and dance to a variety of musical genres from musical theatre, songs from the movies, disco, and 80s & 90s classics.
 
As well as cardio, the class also tones and strengthens the arms and legs.  You will leave this class shimmying, singing, and smiling.

Fridays 9.00am-10.00am

Ballet Sculpt

1 hour - £10

 

This class is born out of floor barre - which is a low impact, mat based exercise used by dancers to rehabilitate and avoid stress on the joints. I integrate floor barre with pilates and yoga exercises to increase core strength and flexibility. This class tones and sculpts in the places that count!

No knowledge of ballet is necessary. It is suitable for anyone who wants to tone, strengthen, and elongate their limbs and muscles, as well as loosen their joints.

POWER STRIDE

90 minutes - £10

 

This is no normal walk - you will be Nordic walking, poles included, around the beautiful woodland lanes and nature reserve of Lymington Salt Marshes. Nordic Walking is based on cross country skiing techniques and gives you an upper and lower body workout. It tones your legs, buttocks, chest, shoulders and, particularly, the backs of your arms.  And, with the added benefit of being outside in a blissful environment, your endorphins will be truly boosted making it great for body AND soul!

 

Wednesdays 9am-10.30am

Starts with a gentle warm up and  after the main section of the workout we will finishes with  rejuvenating stretches
