Warm Bamboo
Massage
The warm bamboo massage is deeply relaxing and healing. Think of a deep tissue massage with greater wellbeing benefits. I use warmed bamboo sticks to roll and knead muscles, which increases circulation, lymphatic drainage, and reshaping by stretching and elongating the muscles. The warmth of the bamboo allows deeper tissue penetration, helping me reach the deepest knots. It is a full body massage but specific areas can be focused on if required.

Deep Tissue/Sports Massage
This massage combines deep pressure, with slow strokes to release the tension and tightness held in the core of your muscles and connective tissues. Typically, I will focus on your primary areas of discomfort. The increased pressure and stretches help to alleviate any soreness or imbalance caused by injury, bad posture, stress, or anxiety.
I will also show you some stretches that you can do at home.

Relaxing De-Stress Massage
When you just need time to yourself to to relax and disconnect, this treatment is just the thing. I build on the wellbeing benefits of a Swedish massage by incorporating mind and body exercises.
We start with breathing exercises and mindfulness meditation to help clear your mind, then I perform Swedish massage and we end with stretches to help realign your mind and body, leaving you feeling invigorated and re-centred.
