Wellbeing Coaching –
1 hour - £60
In a fun and engaging way, I will help you to identify and become the best version of yourself. Through questioning, discussion, and some homework, we will identify what is holding you back and will set goals that you are committed to achieving and create a workable and enjoyable plan to get you there.
Your ultimate goal is to unleash your full potential.
Coaching is preferably face to face and a series of 1-hour sessions. (Zoom consultations can be arranged.)
Body and mind development
1 hour - £45
You feel you are on the right course and want to develop in specific areas. I will help you check that your focus is on the right things and help you develop a plan of activity to achieve your goals. Generally, these personal development goals will be around physical health and fitness and/or mental discipline.
These sessions are preferably face to face and last 1-hour. (Zoom consultations can be arranged.)
